Interested in Sake? Matt Asay, the brewer at Moto-I, has invited the MN Home Brewers Association to a social event at moto-i on Wednesday, May 28th starting at 6 pm. moto-i is a sake brewery in Uptown. He will talk about sake brewing and there will be samples available.
