2.5 Weeks till our next Monthly Meeting at Wandering Leaf Brewing Company on March 25th where we will meet with Mat Waddell of Pen Name Fermentation Project to learn about mixed culture and barrel aged (clean) beers. It will be an interesting discussion for sure! Homebrew welcome.
